NEW CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATION
Step 1: Discovery Call
Getting to know you, we start by gathering as much information as possible. You will complete a design questionnaire, following a complimentary phone call to discuss your project goals, timeline, budget, and review blueprints if you are building. We will also share about our process and answer any questions you have about working together.
Step 2: In-Home Consultation
We will walk and talk through your space while taking notes, measurements, and photographs. Gathering information to get a clear understanding of how your home needs to function will help us prepare a detailed scope of work and proposal for your project.
Step 3: Design Phase
In this phase, our team gets to work by sourcing furnishings, textiles, wallpaper, lighting, window treatments, artwork, and decorative accessories with our trusted tradespeople and vendors. For new construction or renovation projects, we select cabinetry & hardware, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing & lighting fixtures, millwork, paint, and patio & pool finishes.
Step 4: Design Reveal
We are just as excited as you are when we reveal our design concept! We will present your new space with realistic renderings, design boards, along with swatches and samples. You will be able to visualize the beautiful transformation that awaits.
Step 5: Procurement
Once the design plan is approved, the project management phase begins with ordering and tracking your items. You will receive a weekly Friday email status update throughout your project. If a new build or renovation, we will collaborate with your contractors to ensure your home design is cohesive and the process is seamless.
Step 6: Installation & Styling
In the final phase, we will coordinate white glove delivery of your furnishings, manage crews, and ensure your home is turnkey ready. Our team will install light fixtures, hang artwork & window treatments, and styling with hand-selected accessories to complete your space.
